I've always heard people telling me that there's always a first time for everything.

For me, my first time would be (among many others) :

• driving a car at Ubi CDC nearly 3 years ago. I was so nervous, that something might happen to the car and when it finally moved(from the parking lot), i went "*gasp! its moving!!*" And the amused instructor next to me replied, "yes...of course it moving.. haha!"
• topping up petrol at Caltex station along Manning Road or (was it along Albany Highway?), taught by an ex-housemate. Till now i still wouldn't dare to fill it up full tank coz i have this thinking that the petrol will overflow if i fill it more than i should.
• my first time taking a plane ON MY OWN. On SQ flight to go back to to Perth for my second semester, where i had a plesant surprise when one of my ex- secondary school mate was one of the cabin crew. He specifically said my name when he wanna hand out the warm towel to me.. ("Hot towel for you, Miss [my name]" pronouncing the the second letter of my name clearly..)
• first time going to a rock concert featuring Green Day and Simple Plan and Grinspoon and other bands tt i dun really know of, thanks to Erni. My first time experience ever. And i think i prefer going to concerts where seats are provided, so that at least i dun suffocated among the crowds.
• First time cooking curry. I guess i will never be good at cooking curry, coz my curry never taste right. I think i do better at cooking kentang ball, or lontong..*lol*

Ok, enough.

Today i had another first time.

I was excited enough to snap a pic of my seven out of my eight wonders plus another two whom i just found out are getting married in 2008. (Jackson announced that he's getting married to Eva in 2008!!! Awww..!!). Camera, checked, 4 extra rechargeable batteries which i had recharged for 6 hours last night and another 2 in my camera, checked. When i switched on my camera, the words appeared in red: *No memory card* Pfft! First time i brpught my camera, but not being able to use it!

And then, for the first time, after eating my food halfway, then i cme to an abrupt stop.

There's a medium sized insect in my food! I dunno if its a bug/cockroach!! But its in the plate..there...in my food!!!!

Eeeewwwww.... Yes, eeewwwww..i know. I had finished eating like 3/4 of my food. Triple eeewwwwww!!

Then another table mentioned about having an insect in their food also.

Then another table. The table with 4 queens from Cresent Girls. (It was nice meeting u girls! *smiles*)

What's with that restaurant and insects in their food today?Tsk.

I don't think i want to eat there again.

Anyway, the highlight of the evening was, to celebrate the April and May babies.

Lulu(belated), Rohaya(advance by a few hours) and Shahida (advance by a few days)hehe

Now in order of birthdates,

Lulu, we didn't get to see u on ur b'day in April. And we didn't know u'd join us tonight coz we didn't know u took an earlier trip back to Sg from KL/Jakarta so that u're able to join us.. Awww.. anyway, ur present is somewhere in someone's room. Just wait a little longer for it ya..

Aya, u mentioned u wanted watches,but we got u one watch instead. I like the box very much! Very cute. The wrapping, hehe..lagi cute kan? *winks at Isma* Bob the builder, cik kak??Apa kata every year kita belikan u different watch, ahh...then u'll have a collection of watches! hehe :)

Shida, when we saw that briefcase, we just thought u'll love it. Glad u love it. u can action2 bring that briefcase to ur class and look all professional and elegent just for the sake of looking professional and elegent. Padahal dalam isi bukan important documents, tetapi bahan bahan make up yg sungguh banyak sekali. hee!

Since its aya's birthday tomorrow, a lil shout to u..

Oh, i think the cake was not very nice. It tasted so...bland. :(
