That is super cheap! I wanna go!! Who knows, i might pay a surprise visit to my friends in Oz land..But i just started a job, third day working, i've asked for a 3 hour time off! Record breaker! hehe!
I went to get my pay check from the pevious company. They said, they'd call me when my cheque is ready. They never did. So i called them up for 3 days in a row until i managed to get hold of them this morning. So that means what? If i didn't call them up, or if i couldn't get hold of them, i won't get my pay is it? Bloddy hell! I'm not gonna elaborate on what happened there, coz it was such a hassle.
I rushed my lunch hour to get my cheque and after i did, i decided to take cab back to my so-called new office (coz they made me wait and i was laready late!!)
While waiting for the cab, patiently suddenly, an middle-aged couple with a man took a spot before the spot where i stood. Pre-2006 me would just nag silently in my heart, but post 2006 me, went up to them, asked them politely with a smile on my face if they, too were waiting for a cab. When the guy nodded, i told him, again, politely, with a sweet smile on my face,"I'm sorry, but i'm waiting for a cab too, and i was here first..." and he snapped back, in a not so nice way, saying, "YA, DON'T WORRY, U CAN GO IN FIRST, I'M NOT GONG TO TAKE UR CAB"
See the caps? He was simply yelling at me for telling him that i was there first!
Bloody hell!
Its not like, as if i came up to him and spoke to him in a vulgar language. So, there's no need for you to be upset ok? In fact, how was i know that u won't take the first cab that comes along?
Did u watch the Amazing Race. The Hippies are really really lucky!! I love them. I love Ray and Yolanda too! I want either of them to win win win!
I really hate those 2 guys. What's with the attitude? I was watching with joy when karma did its thing to them. *What goes around comes around* And Mojo... Oh well, i dun wanna get started with them.
Then again. its true. It is that difficult to get a cab there in Perth. You dun see taxis lying around or driving around the roads. Except at the airport. You really have to call one if u need one.
I'm noy saying what happened, or who got eliminated, coz i understand a friend or two who reads this blog n who follows the amazing race is a few episodes lagging. So, i won't spoil the fun for you k? *Winks at Lin*
Voting day tomorrow. I will vote for the first time in my whole life.
