I dunno how to react when my boss called me into his room and explained the new job he's assigning and then said that i have to go to KL to conduct the audit on my own. Considering that i've only been in the company for less than a month now. And also, considering that i am the newest employee (apart from an intern from NTU who arrived a week later)
At first i was shocked, then i began to worry, then i panicked and now i'm all stressed out. I took a look at last year's current audit file and it was extremely thick. I think there's more than 300 pieces of paper in there.
Usually, i was sent out to help the seniors. This time, i was sent solo during the first week in KL, and then the second week, the intern will be joining me to 'help' me. I do not consider myself to be one experienced auditor coz (1) i'm still learning, and (2) compared to the rest with at least 1-2 years of experience, i have only a pathetic 4 months in the previous firm, and only 3 weeks in this firm. Well, what i'm saying is, i think my boss is taking a very big risk by sending me there. As at now, i have only done one one audit job, reviewed by him, and the draft is waiting for the client to come and collect this monday morning.
Ok, lets not talk abt this anymore. Coz its making me panick. Well, i hope to meet up an ex-housemate, Ameng and wife who's from KL and also Tasya, if she's in KL, if my schedule permits. If time permits. I think its gonna be very rushing there. And anyone who's in KL that i know from Perth, feel free to email me, ya? And Lulu, will u be in KL?? if you are, call me! No, wait, i'll call you before i leave.
Its just that i'm nervous coz i've never been to KL alone without my family or friends by my side.
This is gonna be my first solo business trip ever to KL.
My boss will be joining me on Thursday and review my work.
KL, here i come!
Should i say: *Wheeeee!!!!* or
Should i go *gasp!*
