I was at the airport this morning with my parents to send off my sister to Sydney.
While waiting for her and her group of other 11 HODs/Discipline Masters/VP & P to check in, 3 of us just stand around observing the people around us. (It was indeed crowded at T1)
I enjoyed myslef most when i saw the Display panel flipped and turned the words, (i'm still wondering how its done.. It was cool anyway!) from TAIPEI to HONG KONG or from JET Asia to Qantas etc.. I watched in awe from the very first line right up to the very last one.
Then my mum suddenly said to me, "Adik, kau tengok rambut orang tu..?"
I looked at the guy that my mom showed, when she said "Kelakar eh? Macam landak"
Immediately i laughed. I dunno why but i found that funny. I never expect my mom to say that someone's hair look like porcupine.
My mom said lotsa funny things today that made me laughed.
For e.g. after we left my sister to be with her group, we went to the canteen for breakfast, when someone i dunno approached my dad (my dad n him seem to know each other) then his wife and daughters came to my mum and exchanged short plesantries. After they left to make their order, my mum asked my dad who they are. Hearing that, i nearly chocked on my mee rebus and burst out laughing.
I dunno why, but i found that funny.
Ok, now i'm worried. Its either what i heard tickled me, or that i think im crazy.
Last time, i snapped and got angry at the littlest things.
Now, i laughed at the littlest things.. Hmmm...
*** I was at Giant with my mum when my eyes twitched. The last time it twitched,a few weeks ago, i saw Azila(my ex primary and secondary school friend) minutes later while paying the bills at the Post office. We exchange news and chatted to update us on our lives.
Just now, within a few minutes after the twitch, i met my ex Primary/secondary school fren, Bokhari. He was always sitting behind me during exams in Primary 1-3 coz my name starts with A and his , B. We exchanged news, updating on each other lives. He's there to buy groceries and milk. He has a baby aready! 8 months!! A boy. I think he's there with his wife, but i didn't see her around.
Powerful eh my twitch ni? hehe..

I'm very happy when i was outside and i get to see my old schoolmates and we'd stop for a while for a chit chat. It feels good to see them. And it feels good to be remembered by them and, that they'd too, would stop for a chit chat.
Very Nice la my friends ni semua.
And then, i just hope i can avoid being aksed that soalan cepumas.
Bokhari was happily telling me about his son when he asked me, "So, arlinda what about u, when are u getting married, or are u married already?"
I just answered by laughing out that i think he might think that i'm insane.
One morning last month, on my way to work, i saw Lynn in McD, and i went inside to say hi, coz i didn't expect her to be in SG, i thought she's still in Brisbane. She looked at my finger and ask me, "Are u married?" And i was like, "No, i'm not!" *laughters* Lynn got married in March, i think she's maried already now.
So, does that mean i hafta stop wearing my Sapphire ring given to me by my sister on my right middle finger and the silver ring y my mom on my left middle finger? No, i'm not gonna stop doing that. I like my rings given by the 2 most important women in my life and they fit perfectly at my fingers.
If we're in Oz, the public will know that we're married when they see 2 rings on the same ring finger. Once i was out with my housemate and when she wanted to buy something, the lady at the counter asked her for student id and when my housemate was looking thru her purse, the lady suddenly said, "oh its alright, u dun have to."
Puzzled, my housemate asked what made her changed her mind, and the lady answered, "Oh, because u're married" while referring to her 2 rings on her ring finger.
