Met up with the UWA girls at Tampines today. Nani, the last time i saw her was in September during her convocation, Erni, with her new haircut, and Rajes, also during her convo last February-gosh that was a year ago!
No, we didn't spend the whole afternoon at McDonalds (as per the pic) we first had lunch at Pastamia then we headed to McD for desert.
It was good meeting them. Sharing stories and past memories in Perth and how hot and humid and overcrowded Sg is.
We did a little shopping at Charles and Keith (me and Nani got ourselves a bag-same design, different colour..hee!) before having our desert. Nani had to rush off earlier as she had to attend her cousin's housewarming.
On our way back, once we settled down in the train, suddenly i realised, "*Gasp* my bag!!" I was calm, but Rajes and Erni went panick. Rajes even said that 'suddenly this train from Tampines to Simei took like a long time!' *Lol* Cute la dorang ni! :)
I left my newly bought Charles and Keith bag under the table at McDonalds la!
So, me and Erni alighted at Simei and went back to Tampines back to McD to see if my bag was still there. Rajes had to head back home for a family dinner..hehe
The table was empty, and there's no paper bag under it. I asked a group of Chinese guys doing revison seated next to the table who was there during our desert session, but they didn't notice my paper bag. I looked for the staff and told them that i left my shopping back, and the manager, smiling, asked me what brand was the bag, and i replied Charles and Keith, and she said she had kept it for me after one of her collegue found it under the table..
Hehe..thank god.
Even if the bag was taken up by someone, i dun think i'd mind, (but feeling just slightly dissapointed) coz its a very cheap (but nice!) bag. It costs me only $19.90 after a 20% discount! But i'm glad la that i got it back.
