Well, no, not really, its already Saturday *grins*

I think this week went by really fast.
I think its because i met up with 2 groups of friends for dinner on 2 different occasions :)

My 8-1 wonders coz Lulu is away in Jakarta. And as at now, Lin is back in Queensland for her final lap, her final semester. Dinner at Ramenten was alright, but i over-ate coz i ordered a bento set which was a little too huge which made me too full to continue with half-priced waffles at gelare at the next shop. So, i had to give that a go. Furthermore, (to console myslef) my favourite flavour ice-cream from Gelare is not available. (Its a very long name, Low fat Choc Chip Chunk yoghurt)

Next dinner with my long time no see secondary school friends. Its been a verrrrryyyyyyyy long time since i last saw them. I have not even meet up with my close friend since i got back.
But, that night, dinner at Secret Recipe, even not all made it, it was really good to see them all.

After we exchanging hugs when i saw Elly who's back for good after being in Penang for 4 years as her American (umm..or was it British) hubby was assigned a job there (we're the first 2 to arrive) she commented on how thin i was. And i was like, no.. i'm not thin. Am i? I know i've lost weight, but i'm no underweight... Right?

They were still the same old them way back then, and now. The only difference is the change of status for most of them. And of course, they all look good! From the hot mummy to 3 to the radiant bride to be...



It was really great to see them all. The thing is kan, most of them have been in the working work for at least 10 years. Whereas me, baru nak merangkak ke bulan ke-3 in this job. That was such a huge difference. And satu-satu datang dgn kereta masing-masing. Sungguh cool sekali! Best la!

*wanna start saving money so that i can buy a car in lets see, 2 years time?* hee!

Ok, i wanna write abt something at work today.

Its Friday and its Dress down day.

Towards the end of the day, my collegue commented, "Linda, u look very casual today." Which i thought was, ok, until another collegue added on "Ya, thats why, this morning when u wished me gd morning, and i turned and saw u, i was shocked to see you dressed like that coz i never see u dress that way before."

It was said in a casual, light hearted way that made us all laugh in the office. Including me, coz it was delivered in a funny way.

And thats when i felt, Uh-oh... I was really that sloppy? Whoopsie.

Apparently according to them, i was dressed like as if i'm in the comfort in my own home. (Well, more like, as if i just got out from bed). Coz they' ve never seen me dressed like that on a friday before coz although i'd be in jeans, i'd be wearing my heels or my flats or my pretty shoes with flowers at the side. But today, i wore my slippers. And my draw-string pants and my 3/4 sleeved top coz i couldn't find the white top that i wanted to wear.

No wonder my dad asked me whether i'm allowed to go to work like that this morning when i was having breakfast.

Oh, i like watching Ghost Whisperer.
Jennifer Love Hewitt is just gorgeous. I like her eyes. I wanna get fake eye-lashes for myself too. And i like her hair. I like it better with curls last week. Her small face and i love her dresses that she wore in the show.

Oh, another thing.
Is it just me or is there really something arong with my back?
Coz i sprained my back (again) when i tried to carry a box full of files from the floor. (Tulah, siapa suruh action kuat?)

But this time, the pain was not as bad as two months ago when i sprained my back while carrying a pot of water.
