Went to UWA with Erni and Sitti to attend Nanie's convocation. Well, not really the real convo, we waited outside so that we could see Nanie. Erni's idea to surprise her at her convo, where we presented her with a bouquet of flowers and a little present.
We saw Fahmi as well, and did a little bit of catching up. (Recap: Fahmi is Erni's friend and we went to the Rock It concert featuring GreenDay, Simple Plan and other local bands early this year)
I had a long day today, having meeting at 1 and ended at 6, then went to pick up Sitti at 7:30 before going to Erni's place at 8 before going to UWA at 8:45, which is just minutes away from Erni's. And then reaching home close to 11. Phew...
Congratulations Nanie and Fahmi! Seeing you in that robe made me wanna graduate too!
I had a motivational boost just by looking at those graduants in those robes. Wheee...!!!
Only, degree holders in some unis here dun get to wear the square hat (motarboard). Only masters holders onwards get to wear those hats.
Same goes for Curtin Uni as well.
Sad, huh?
Later when we were to take another family potrait, my sister has a square hat on(coz her uni has square hats for degree holders, and she bought her robe and square hat, ok. Its still nicely kept in a space bag in one of the cupboards.), and i dun.
Not fair!
Unless i continue to take masters.. *faints*
(If like that, when do i start working my first job and start earning my first buck and buy my first car??Wait, i dun really need a car, transportation is singapore is excellent. thats a want, not a need, heh)
Or, alternatively, i can borrow the motarboard from someone else. Studios have motarboard for us to borrow, right? Not sure, not sure.
But, what i am sure now is that i wanna do well for my final semester and GRADUATE.
*ps: sorry if this entry seemed cluttered. I dun understand why each time i pressed enter for a new paragraph, it still looked as if there's no new paragraph. Why oh why???
