I heard this story last week frm Horie when we were having our breakfast after our morning walk.

You know, sometimes we tend to melatar when we dropped something and such. Common ones would be opocot and the like.

So, Horie while doing something at work, she said, "Oh mak kau meletup..."

And he collegue asked her what that actually means and Horie, being Horie, explained calmly, "Oh, actually the meaning doesn't make any sense, but, if u translate it directly, it means, Opppss...your mom explode."

I laughed so hard that i was lucky i didn't explode.

Her story kept coming back into m mind, and one day, i decided to share it with Ida, my housemate.
And, i tried to remember the words my Ida used when she melatar, and directly translate it to english, it will sound like:

"Ooppsss..ur mom fell down...*kelepak*"

Hers lagi terror, complete with sound effects all. Dah jatuh bunyi kelepak gitu.
Ida and i had a good laugh at that!

"Oh mak kau jatuh kelepak..."
