Today, for the first time after placing my car ad in CBS last sunday, i saw one of my numbers being torn off... Good sign!
Yesterday i place an ad on Quokka online which will be published on the net on thurs.

So far, i had one caller on the ad. A certain Mr John on the day i placed my ad.

It was a missed call, so the usually-can't-be-bothered-me-who-don't-usually-return-any-miss-calls decided to call up that number. Guess i have to start doing that now. *Ok, side-track a bit, i was in dilemma previously before putting up my ad coz i need someone to buy my car but i don't like having to answer my phone calls to strangers* Blah!

Ok, so back to Mr John, i called him up from my car after sending Sitti home, outside her home, but i'm still in my car...And...

Me: Hi, i received a missed call on my phone, may i know who's on the line please?
John; Hi, this is John, i called regarding the car ad u put up in CBS?
Me: *excited* Oh, yes...so, u're interested?
John: Yup, i'm interested, but just a few questions, may i know whatsthe total mileage of the car?
Me: *Blur..alamak, total mileage yg mana eh?* Umm..total mileage..thats the one on the top side of the spedometer right? The larger figures?
John: Umm...i think it shd be on to or in the middle.
Me: Ok, the mileage is 130000++ something like that.
John: Ok..um, is it air-conditioned?
Me: Ummm...yes..
John: U mentioned that the price is $2,500, n its negotiable, right? How much r u willing to negotiate?
Me: Well, yeah, its negotiable. How much do u have in mind?
John: Perhaps ard $1,500?
Me: Oh, no, i'm sorry, i dun think so.
John: Ok, the how much are u willing to negotiate?
Me: $2,000?
John: $2,000? How about $1,700?
Me: $1,800? (*dah macam bargain jual kain kat geylang pulak!*)
John: Ok, is ur car still in good condition?
Me: Yup, its still is. (Betul pe, da hantar servicing, repair segala..)
John: $1,700, please?
Me: *I was so close to saying $1,750 when i said,* how about we meet up and see the car urself, then we decide on the price?
John: Ok...that wd be great. How about on... Tuesday?
Me: Tuesday? I've got a paper on tuesday morning, but i can see u after my paper...
John: OK, what time is ur paper?
Me: From 9-11...
John: How abt i meet u ard ...say..12? Is that ok?
Me: 12? Yup! Thats fine...
John: Ok, so i'll see u tuesday then...
Me: Sure..will do..
*Paused*
John: Oi!!
Me: *shocked* ya?
John: Apsal blur???
Me: Alamak...siapa ni??
John: Ni Faizal la.!!
Me: Apa la! Takde kerja kan????

Haizzz...
On the good note, Ariana might wanna buy. So, i told her, if i'm selling it to someone close, i dun mind lowering the price...
Yup...so she will test drive my car one of these days...
Together with John!

On a diferent note,
Its such a hot day today (and yesterday).
Usually when we were leaving a building to go to the open air, we would be greetd by a smooth gush of very cold air. Its like going into a library or shopping centre in Orchard, but imagine not going in, but leaving. Usually its like that.
But yesterday, me n Sitti came out from building 402, there was a little confusion coz we didn't feel the cold air outside the building. Sitti and me went like, "Eh, mana angin sejuk dia?" Coz it felt so like Singapore weather. Its felt like u've just gotten off a 1 hour SBS bus ride and u were greted by a gush of hot air. Hmmm...

And today was so hot that while i was driving back frm school, i can feel my face swell by the hot air. Even my car keys felt hot. Its like u're in an oven literally.
And temperature today is 31 degrees. Clear blue sky with no clouds, that even the wind feel hot.
