Snapshots of the day..
Sitti came back today. Erni and me fetched her at the airport with posters specially made for her. Big, and tiny ones..hehe
From the airport we went straight to the city to get a pedicure (Erni and me). We were quite dissapointed with the results because our toenails were not as shiny as we expected. In fact they don't shine at all! Yes, we didn't ask for any nail polish, but we expected them to buff, and the next thing i knew, it was over. Hmmm... I've done pedicure in Singapore once, and i didn't apply any nail polish, but in the end, my toenails shone. Oh well!
In the city after we get our nails done, Sitti and Erni went to buy their groceries and when we finally reached the carpark, guess what we saw?
I was surprised to see my window screen fully wound down. I was shocked, So was Erni and Sitti. The next thing i looked out for were broken glasses. Alhamdulillah, none. Next i asked Sitti to check if any of her belongings were missing, most importantly, her laptop in the car boot, and not to mention some money that she ws suppose to meet someone to give. Alhamdulillah, everything were still intact.
Yours truly had forgotten to wind up her window after getting the parking ticket from the multi storey carpark. When we first came, the carpark was dark. No lights were on. That was a blessing in disguise indeed. I was so grateful, as the dark carpark possibly had not made the drivers from other cars parked next to mine to see my fully wound down window. If fate wasn't on my side, someone could have just unlocked my locked door and ransacked through my car full of Sitti's stuff, including some money and laptop. I was truly grateful for that. Truly, madly, deeply grateful. Thank you, Allah!
After that we went to Kawarawa to tapau some food to break fast at Sitti's place.
