Last night as people in singapore were watching the last few minutes of the NDP parade on Channel 5 and continued withwatching Shooting Stars starring my Taufik Batisah the singapore Idol, i was at home, trying to watch the NDP online, but it wasn't smooth. first u see some pictures, i remembered seeing the cable tanks, then i heard the person's voice, then nothing, no voice, no picture, then the voice, no picture, then nothing..i continued watching it patiently for about 6 minutes before i gave up. It wasn't fun at all watching online :(
So, i watched the vcd that Erni lended me instead. Initially, i nearly gave up again, coz i didn't know how to make the pictures and sound appear..But, oh, so i have to click on the 'now playing what' button and click on the vcd item..then i can watch.
Closer starring Julia roberts and Jude Law was... hmmm.. what should i say, ok-ok. A little complicated but still, it was ok.. After Closer i decided to watch Eiffel I'm in Love, an Indonesian movie, where i heard good reviews about it. And as at this morning, i have only watched halfway through.. It was so long.. And i think i made a mistake by watching it lying down on my bed. Definitely big mistake, I'd surely fell asleep, and so, i did. There's lotsa talking and talking and spending quite a long time on a particular scene. well, some said the ending is nice, kinda sad, so i will watch the other half, umm..when?Later? Tonight? Or tmrw morning? But, i will definitely watch it. It wasn't as good as i expected, but i must say that the characters are very pretty especially the mother of the main character, she looked like Erra Fazira a bit. Yes, i said, the MOTHER of the main character. hehe.. Maybe thats because the main characters are all kind of too young for me? T he main character, Titta, or is it Ditta, is 15! Nevertheless..i will watch it.... Soon..
Oh..i didn't go for my half price movie y'day. Never mind, i can go next tuesday instead.
