Ok..so i paid for m tickets today at Joy Tours. A trip that i had planned properly, making notes on which road to use, where to turn, how many traffic lights to watch out for. Well, i managed to reach there in the end, after passing millpoint, Curtin, my house and passing Sitti's house twice!!!
A trip that could take me at most 30 minutes, but it was about 2 hours just now, driving around Perth,
U see, i was suppose to go via Barrack Street and drove all the way straight until the 8th traffic light, but upon reaching the Barrack's Street junction, (where im suppose to make a right),it was a one way street, meaning i couldn't make a right into Barrack Street. Since i was already in the right lane, it was too late to change lane coz there were many cars, (im still terrified of lane changing), so i drove and drove and end up on the freeway (which i'm still uncomfortable with), and i took the nearest exit and ended up in millpoint that's where malini n the girls live..but i doubt they're at home, so i just continue driving, and end up in Curtin Uni, which then pass my house and i have to retake the same route that i take before to reach Barrack Street. At every traffic light stops, i took a glance at the map.
Ok, so this time cannot use Barrack Street, so, i will make a right at the junction before Barrack street, Victoria St..I was happy to make a right there. the new plan was, at Victoria Street, passed 3 traffic lights n make a left,into hay Street, then 3 traffic lights turn right into Barrack street, then 5 traffic lights make a left into william st (that's where im heading, Joy tours is located at William st.)
But, in Hay street, on the third traffic light where im suppose to make a right, again, its a one way street and i have no choice but to make a left! So i start to panic...
Again, i consult the map at each traffic lights..ok, new plan, and i hoped that worked. Patah balik and made d same initial trip. And at last, finally, i reached Joy Tours with joy(well, after missing the jucntion and had to go round and round to get back to that road). I left home at 11:30, reached there at 2. Lucky the lady who attended to me was very nice. Luv u aunty!! hehe
Next, i have to buy oil and rice...i thought if buying it at Kongs in Vic Park, so i drove and drove amd drove, and i passed it..entered a junction, and moved back to where i'm suppsoe to go.. I bought Oil, 5 kg of rice (how am i suppose to carry 10kg of rice u tell me?) soya bean drink (since ida said she wanna drink soya bean), seaweed (i was so tempted to buy) and this japanese biscuits.. Yay!
Then home at 3...wah..wat a tiring day! !!
Then, went out at 5++ coz i decided to get myself a heater, coz the heater that i bought last yr can no longer be used. Today is late night shopping and i dun wanna go late, coz that means finding a parking is a difficult task. I remembered heaters were on sale at KMart, so i parked at the lots near KMart, the other end from where i normally used to park.
Upon reaching KMart, there were heaters, but only those big big ones. I want the small ones that cost 16 bucks or 21 bucks that i saw last week.. But it was gone. ANd i was heart broken.
Decided to look for it at Target which is at the other end of the shopping center. (This shopping center, Carousel, is huge! Its the biggest shopping centre in Perth. think Tampines Mall, only 10 times bigger!) So, one end to the other end is very very far, trust me!
Ok, so in Target, there were lots of heaters. Small ones! Yipee! I bought 2. One is a fan-like and the other one is not a fan like. 21 and 16 bucks respectively. Why i bought 2? Coz my sis is coming next week, and i dun want her to sleep in the cold. Its winter alreadyyy!! So, one for her and 1 for me, then after that, both are mine!! haha
Talking about my long windedness, i am long winded today. Look at my entry today!! So bloody loooooong..
